Flower fever

Hey all. Hope you are well. The other day on Tumblr I saw this set of pictures: emilyissleepy's flower eyebrows
I thought it was just so cute and had to try it myself!

Alas, glueing tiny flowers to your face is not so easy. Gonna try again when I bring all my makeup home. And a prit stick.

It's been so sunny recently. Loving the weather

So much summer

Well I guess summer is here. It has been getting hotter and less rainy. Of course, I had to get my flower crown on

Sad. Even though I've finished my exams it means going home and not seeing some friends for 2-3 months! Uni is truly amazing. I've always lived far away from friends so it's kind of a shock when I went to uni and could spend so much time with friends. The days are much longer now, which is great.
I remember last year when there were butterfly chrysalis on our front door. Came back and a butterfly
had come out of one and was drying in the sun on the door. Hope you're not squeamish.

Septum piercing

So the other day I finally changed my Septum piercing. Had it in for...2 months now? So that's 7/8 weeks. The one I changed it with is one of these 'tribal' piercings, from a UK brand. Pretty happy with it.
Please excuse my lame face. Also have some weird burn on my lip that just doesn't want to heal up!
I also trimmed my fringe too short the other day, but I kinda like it that way. I am so happy with the new one in, however, it's a very small guage, so hopefully future septum rings will be around the same size.

In terms of pain this piercing did not hurt at all. It was over pretty quick too, and wasn't an akward pain like I expected. The piercer didn't get any cartilage, so this piercing was as easy and even less painful that your standard lobe piercing, but obviously this will vary. It has healed quite well, only problem is you don't realise how much you hit your face. Maybe it's just me, but that happens a lot. And also pulling clothes over your head you have to be careful not to snag your nose.

Lost in the forest

Just a little makeup experimentation

Hopping on that Deer bandwagon (a little late)
